It was pretty inconvenient that the flat did not have hot water and we had to wait a while to be checked in upon arrival. Additionally, the process of ping off luggage for storage took a while too. Perhaps slightly understaffed so we always found oursee more

Hosts: We were met promptly and given a quick tour of the place. They had communication before and during our stay. Apartment: Perfect for our needs. An air-conditioner in both the common area and bedroom. The bathroom was larger than I expected for Europe. There was a combo washer/dryer in the flat. The kitchen was small, but perfect for a quick breakfastto store drinks and leftovers.
